General Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a Client's link, when the Admin/ Owner decides that the link has been inappropriately used.

This link board will be active and rotating for a mininum of two years.

All links(url's) are subject to admin approval. Links will be accepted/rejected solely at admin discretion. Links that contain adult/pornography, racist or ethnic derogatory, religious or political material, or gambling related materials will be rejected without question.


Payment Policies

Client agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of this link board according to rates and prices stated on the sales page. All links are set up on a pre-pay basis. We reserve the right to change prices at any time (this applies ONLY to New links). Payments are presently set up to be paid via PayPal, PayPal allows payments by e-check, direct debit and credit card.

Right To Refuse Service

We reserve the right to cancel service at any time to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our link board.

Lawful Purpose

Clients that use our link board for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately cancelled without refund of any kind. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our company for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.

We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer.

Client understands that services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or
other problems out of our control. The support staff at our link board will make every effort to return the site to full operating capacity
in as short of time as possible.

Client understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service.

The admin/owner of this link board make no guarantee of traffic or search engine placement as a result of purchasing a link on this board.
